Holiday rebooking options.
TUI group want to offer their customers flexibility and choice this summer. So where borders are open and FCDO advice allows travel, TUI and First Choice will operate a small programme to those destinations. This is in line with the government updates.
It may be that TUI and First Choice are still flying to your destination from an alternative UK airport or day of the week, so please check TUI and First Choice websites for details.
YOUR OPTIONS
1. Rebook another holiday and get a 20% incentive*
TUI and First Choice have a range of alternative holidays available for you to choose from and would love to take you away on holiday*.
2. Cancel and receive a refund
TUI and First Choice understand you may not be ready to book a different holiday right now. If so, you can cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
*If you find an alternative holiday that is more expensive than the original holiday you booked, you’ll receive an incentive worth up to 20% of the value of your holiday. If your new holiday is cheaper than your original, you’ll automatically be refunded the difference.

If you booked online (unless you have non TUI flights or holiday extras on your booking– see below) visit Manage my Booking within the next 14 days to amend or cancel your holiday – your 20% incentive will be automatically applied when you rebook. If you booked in a TUI store one of the TUI and First Choice travel advisors will call you before your holiday is due to depart. They may call from an unknown number so please keep an eye out for this. Or alternatively, if you know you want to cancel or change your holiday, call TUI and First Choice on 0203 451 2688. | |
If you booked in another travel agent your agent will contact you soon to discuss your options. They can amend or cancel the booking on your behalf within the next 14 days. | |
If your holiday has non TUI flights (e.g. easyJet, BA etc) or holiday extras (e.g. insurance, airport parking etc) TUI and First Choice will call you to discuss your options – please wait for us to call you. |
TUI and First Choice contact centre teams are experiencing higher than average call volumes so please follow the instructions above to amend or cancel your booking.

Please note that if you paid for your original holiday by direct debit, TUI and First Choice will continue to take monthly payments, until you have amended or cancelled.
